Customer is responsible for shipping costs to Ironside for repairs. Ironside will cover shipping back to the customer within 1 year of sale. Customer is fully responsible for shipping fees on returns.
If the system is damaged within the first 30 days of owning the system Ironside will cover the cost of shipping the system both ways.
Shipping coverage is only for the USA (48 contiguous states).
